Il Circuito TT di Assen è accessibile alle persone con disabilità e offre comode aree di osservazione con servizi completi e opzioni di parcheggio facili e confortevoli.
Il Circuito TT di Assen mette a disposizione delle persone in sedia a rotelle due piattaforme designate per assistere alle gare, ognuna delle quali consente un accompagnatore: la Tribuna Haarbocht, accessibile attraverso un terreno asfaltato, e la Tribuna Ossenbroeken, accessibile attraverso un terreno semi-asfaltato. Le persone con disabilità possono utilizzare uno speciale permesso di parcheggio TT per accedere a un'area di parcheggio asfaltata dedicata situata dietro la tribuna Strubben, sul lato nord del circuito. Questo permesso, che può essere richiesto direttamente ai responsabili del circuito, consente un comodo accesso alle piattaforme per sedie a rotelle vicino alle tribune Haarbocht e Ossebroeken. Il parcheggio è accessibile solo dall'uscita 32/31A dell'autostrada A28.
